This is what a guest sees on the booking site. Click through it the way a guest would: pick a menu, choose a time, then send the request. Nothing here is real, so click anything.
This is the team’s view. Every lane, class, open time, request and event block for the day sits on one calendar. Class starts are staggered: two per hour at Grand Rapids, one per hour at East Lansing. Try accepting a request on the right. Use Block time to hold lanes for a private event or large group, or to take them out of service for any reason.
This is what a manager uses when someone calls or walks in. Work out the date and time with the guest first on the calendar. If they’re flexible, the quietest times are suggested right below it. Then pick the menu, and the guest hears one price: that menu at that time.
Online booking stops at 12. For a bigger group, hold the lanes and time you need. Pricing works the same way.
Find the day the guest wants. The label on each time is what sets its price.
Everything a guest answers online, plus what only comes up on the phone.
Any guest under 13 is flagged for the team automatically.
Sent with the confirmation email, as today. The guest reads them and agrees there, so there’s nothing to go over on the phone.
